Well I was reading a article from this site about niche sites and they mentioned it. Well I wasnt able to find anything about it,so don't know what it is either. Sorry.
Zackkoss, turnkey sites are content sites without much content, revenue earning sites without much of any revenue, ecommerce sites without any products, a site that is not complete and is of no benefit to visitors or sites that are produced with a common scipt or software and has no unique content.
Another view of turnkey sites is that they are fully developed sites that are ready to go but doesn't have any traffic or revenue.
Typically with turnkey sites you need to pay for them.
But they are just cookie cutter sites that a bunch of other people
have. You are typically left with little control over changing or optimizing
for search engines, so you are stuck with a site that's hard to get traffic to.
They sell them making it sound easy. We've done all the work. The sites ready to go. Marketing and driving traffic is one of the hardest parts and even harder
when you have a mirror site tons of other people have and the search engines hate.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
