Sorry to hear it!

Crazy to have to apply for traffic sources, right? Although, I guess maybe they're overcautious to try and keep spammers out, I don't know. Just my guess.

Try GoogleAdwards or Admob, I use them for games for any geos (great amounts of volumes). one thing about it - sometimes you need to cloak to escape your account banning. Also try Airpush, Mobfox or Buzzcity
