Landing A Big Fish

i have to admit this has been the hardest thing any affiliate manager can do. I have been a affiliate for 8 years and have made a decent living at it.. Now working as a affiliate manager i see it is harder to find the people who know what their doing then working as a affiliate. So my question like every other affiliate manager on any board./..how do i find these big fish that know what their doing in marketing..we have over 4000 affiliates and out of those 2 do incredible amounts of sales.. another 2 dozen trickle sales in daily.. where do those big fish hide...

The same thing happened to me. It seems now that it was easier to be the affiliate rather than the aff manager. And I see the same numbers that you do.

I was told that the big fish will find me if I just keep on going, paying always on time, and keeping my rep clean. time will tell.
