When picking products and affiliate companies to associate with think about the value factor for your buyers.

Is the product a quality product?
Does the company have a good return policy?
Is the product on an auto renew program that consumers may not be aware of?
Would you use the product yourself?
What makes this product stand out over others?

If you think about those questions and others, you will be able to share more information, gain consumer trust and you will be more likely to build a sustainable quality business.

I have looked at websites for struggling newbies and see the offers they sometimes have of shoddy products, get rich quick schemes etc. I have to ask...

"What value are you offering your readers?"
 
Before i promoting a product i buy it myself and investigate if it is worth buying for others (if the product has a trail or is not to expensive). Also because i can't promote a product to customers without knowing where i am talking about.
 
Very true! This is a great post! Definitely the most important thing is value! If your product has no value then you wont make sales and you wont make money!!!
 
All human interactions should be about providing value for value. It's the essence of true capitalism and of good human relations.

Anything less than that is shorting yourself and others.
