I am not an FB expert, but I do run FB campaigns from time to time. I have a very well respected offline business with facets in several industries and yet I did have a spend limit when I first set up my ad account. It was lifted after a few weeks and haven't had a limit set since. Now, that said, There may still be a limit on the account, but I haven't tried to go over $7500 in any given week. They do seem to use a different model than I have heard quoted by other marketers. They seem to charge my card when my billing gets around that $7500 mark, but I never have had an interruption in service.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
