depends on who the rules are for. businesses, individuals, kids. for safety. commerce, ??? definitely google and you should find what you're looking for. my number one rule is always be safe and respectful.

OK we should follow internet rules for good result for ourself.Internet can be used for negative and positive purposes.If we use it for online work,skills, Knowledge,learn to education and for sharing positive ideas, than we can get benefit from it.

No rules for using internet for child we need to block some 18+ content with using software or on the router setting.

Since when did the internet require rules? Isnt it pretty much open to anyone?

The only 'rule' i could think of is to be nice to people on the internet. But unfortunately not many follow that simple rule nowadays
