don't look spammy...just be genuine! give genuine value; remember customers don't buy your product, they buy WHY you do it!
There are some tools which help you get targeted followers.
Instagress — Best Instagram Automation Service is good. You can also use massplanner.

I wouldn't suggest using Instagress it started filling my feed up with porn it's not good for targeting audience I wouldn't pay to use this service.
That problem is with your targetting/settings on instagress, not the tool itself.

I'm not denying what they are saying. I guess I was to excited and just turned the tool on without learning about it. I found how to target users. The tools is working wonderfully
I suggest follow/liking users who are followers of your competitors/people in a similar niche.
I'd stay away from using hashtags

You can ride on that and be sure that the followers you are getting are actove and real. Be also sure to tag very many people on the photos and videos that you upload.It will help you a lot.

instagress is very risky! i got several accounts banned with this, try follow liker.
is much better and even not one account banned until now..

I moved away from instagress. best method for instagram is to follow people in the same niche i follow them they follow me then i unfollow them. also ive been doing research on creating content engagement so many factors like filter type text color etc. I also use Iconosquare for analytics which is a great tool. also you can google top hashtags for instagram and create post around your niche with those hashtags I dont use alot of them I found you six gets you the most engagement
