In my opinion pay to have traffic landing on your site is a wrong advertise.
If you have a lot of money to spend you can use adwords or simillar you can set the adwords to appear every where and then spend a lot of money in clicks from peopal that are not looking for your site. Or you can set the adwords to specifique keyworks on the search engines and pay a lot of money to be on the top.
The best way is to promote your site and spend the many in a good seo company or do the seo your self. Any way adwards is always a option.
