know what the products you're promoting convert for, in mobile this includes OS, Device type (Tablet or phone), connection type (3g or wifi), countries and regions, languages, browsers etc.
once you know this it would be quicker for you to reach your goal, don't expect meeting your goal on the first day for most campaigns but with optimization you can get there. good luck.
