Probably wouldn't run any campaigns, your budget is too low.
If you hit something profitable you wouldn't have any cash-flow to keep funding your profitable campaign...
So no use in starting until you have some more budget for paid traffic, or if you start try other methods that are free like content marketing etc...
I would take the $200 and invest in your own education, be part of a forum and learn more before diving all the way in.
