You can search for videos of tutorials on web sites, such as YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. or Google Videos. What you are doing right now is good. Take a look at this forum. Perhaps you will find your answer is answered already in another post.

I use resources from pixel2life.com, its not more on all things 3D but it does augment your 3D concepts...try animationalchemy.com
