I am looking into implementing an affiliate program for our marketing company. I want to drive sales and commission for people who would like to be an affiliate. There is so much free php scripts to choose from. any ideas for me before I get started.

At the end of the day an affiliate program is best to use affiliate software that is paid rather than free. Affiliates joining your program may just turn away otherwise if they realise you have used free software.

Affiliates may think that if you have not paid for your software, then what's the chances of you paying the commissions owed to your affiliates sort of thing.
