Thats exactly the whole idea. You need to be little pro to exactly copy the whole campaign. You need to analyse all the data and then copy the whole campaign. It's not that hard, you just need to get all the insights and data to copy the profitable campaigns.
Note:- All campaigns in the spy program aren't profitable campaign. So you need to make sure you are copying the right campaign. Else you will simply loose your money.
