I am trying to create a Q&A section on my (wp based) blog where visitors can ask and answer questions. I have looked around but couldn't find any free tool that is easy to use. Does anyone know of any such plugin or a tool that is user freindly and free?...

You can easily find a good FAQ plugin for WordPress sites, by simply running a search on Google.

One particular FAQ plugin, which is rated 5 stars, is called Q and A - FAQ Plugin. You can find further information about this plugin, and download it here. The installation seems to be pretty easy, too.
