I agree with your suggestions and I want to say that we should also try to increase our site serp's on Bing for increasing traffic from Bing.

I believe any SEO method you apply for google applies for bing also, not equally but applies...
There is no sure way to increase traffic from Bing other than Bing improving their support of webmasters, and thereby their site visitors promoting Bing over Google.
No other SE comes close to providing the traffic that Google does. And that's because no other SE supports the people who create the internet (webmasters) like Google does.
Until another SE is able to offer the same ease of use, benefits and traffic that Google can, no webmaster will encourage their customers/visitors to use them instead of Google.
Bing, Yahoo and others forget that it was the webmasters who put Google where they are through their open support. Unless they do the same, they are domed to fail miserably. IMO
