How To Get Flash Banners To Work

I am promoting an affiliate program that does not have a banner. So I created one using Flash. I created it from an instant banner site and when you are done you just copy and paste the code to your website. Sounds easy, right?
Well, I must be missing something because I can't get it to appear.
Any ideas?

Nope not Flashy either. But we have some guys here that are probably Flash people and a couple that are definitely Flashy, so hopefully one of them will be by, if they aren't already off for the Holiday.
