how to find experts to develop a right interface for a website?

Hi,

We have developed a site but the user interface is not friendly enough. We have a designer good at executing, but in terms of good user flow and interface design, he is not as good. So, we are hoping to find an expert to re-constructe our website to improve the interface and build up a better user flow. Any good source to find this kind of expert? or any good expert to recommend?
