Not sure if this the right place to post, but i hope someone can help me.

How can i create a link like this?

My bucket URL looks like this: hxxxs://skincellproreviews.s3.amazonaws.com/+SkinCell+Pro+Reviews+-+Does+it+remove+skin+tags?+PDF.pdf

I’m guessing the method involves uploading a pdf on higher logic somehow as the file is stored on their database which is in AWS hxxp://s3.amazonaws.com/higherlogicdownload instead of using your own bucket. Can be wrong but that is what I have gathered so far.

We do not allow that type of content here hacks/warz etc.

move that content to a location that you control then link to that there --would be an answer.
however, the ISP/data center TOS policy might prohibit it also --don't cry to me when your server account is closed ...
