I think internet marketing is on the rise. Now that everyone is connected to the internet via phones, ipods etc it's alot easier to get their attention.
Insightful post, Laura. Having been on the online advertising sales end since '99, I'm viewing the current state of the industry as yet another link in the ever-evolving chain of digital marketing, complete with its pluses and minuses. Finding successful advertiser/affiliate relationships for me seems to be on par with years past, but the challenge is sifting through the far larger pool of them than ever before. I tend to focus on the positives in life, and the financial upside to being a professional affiliate marketer far outweighs the bumps in the road a couple bad seeds bring to the mix from time-to-time. Keep your growing your trusted connections and it gets easier to navigate!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates.
