We have a rule now for clients which is that we don’t start on their website design until we have the content. It seems to have worked quite well as before, we had a lot of projects on hold that were waiting for the client to give us content. This way they know their website doesn't even get started until they come up with the goods first!

It is not that much difficult to find content or to gather it as you can hire a content writter which is best to write all about SEO, which will work for you as, content is very important part in SEO, and there are lot of sites from where you can have good content for your niche, that is you can modify it accordingly and specify your points in it.

well it's difficult for me to work on site's content if it's not my specialized niche or it's not my favorite topic. I usually spend more more hours for working on this.

Well, I dont find it difficult as it is true that it takes some time but not an hour, coz, you get related content in many web sites like wikipedia and all, from where you can take an Idea of what it is all about and then you can start your work.
