I too tries to search for this method but all in vain. I don't think there is any such method.

The horse shoe method is a link building scheme. It is practically a link wheel that is not closed, thus is not a wheel but a "horse shoe".
Google frowns upon such schemes, so if you consider to use this link building technique, you should be careful, definitely not overdo it and make it look as natural as possible, if there is such a thing...
