Holiday and Seasonal Marketing

I was wondering what you fellow members think is a your preparation time
that you begin (if your niche requires) to market for holidays and seasonal
times: 2 months or more? 2 months or less?

I think 2 month is about right but can't tell you for sure - I don't sell seasonal stuff...
