hi ppl!! mama here!!! man! I thought this place would really help me but I'm sooo confused!!! like... what is a "trackback" and I don't have my awesome signiture sooo.... whats the go!!! can someone help me through this forum before I even start asking about affiliating??

Don't worry about trackbacks. It's something you'll never need to use.
It's something that mainly I use occasionally.

If I quote part of someone's blog I can send a trackback to that blog letting them know that I linked to them and quoted them. Then they link back to my post. It's sort of a way of connecting the conversations that happen across the web.
