which ppc network is good to promote gaming cpa offers ?
can we do direct linking or we need a website/landing page to promote offers on advertising networks ?

Hey There;
Direct linking is ok but your way better off creating a LP to capture leads then forward to your offer. I use a snippet I created that uses sub ids in my confirmation page for in my case mailchimp - when a user fills out the form and confirms, they get get forwarded to a bounce page that reads the sub id and forwards them to the proper offer i'm promoting.. simple and effective

Facebook ads works well with gaming cpa offer.
There is also CPMStar but I have never advertised there.
