Where do you see affiliate marketing in 2 years time? And what is the next big thing?

I think it will be shifting more towards the smart affiliates. More and more super affiliates are creating their own offers, bypassing the networks and advertisers. Networks will be forced to offer a wider variety of offers, and not just rely on the traditional neutraceuticals. I think the industry will face more and more pressure from the government, in the form of enforcement and taxation.

Next big thing - more mobile capability leading to an explosion in mobile offers.

I'll bet you are right, on all counts, especially the government intervention. I assume that makes this time the ideal one to prepare for the upcoming changes to offers and to take advantage of things before the government tightens things up.
