I have my new wordpress blog developed. Please take a look at cryogenicsteel.com (what else do I need to improve this blog?)

I need to add a forum page for this, what will I do? I'm new to wordpress.
Also, my gallery and other categories provided outbound links to a company site which are sources of my infos, pics. Am I doing this right? Is this okay to Google?

I really need your advise since I am new to everything. Thanks you!

We have had a Word press forum for many years, ever since it started, but we get few visitors sad to say, so we opened another forum, and we get about 150 people per day on that one, no it's not a lot at 150 each day, but it's better than none, so we feel it is worth going on with.
