Hi, I would like to know if my FB ads account has been blocked, then my FB personal account also be blocked?

no it wont, go ahead.
Nope. You will still be able to use your personal account but you won't be able to access the Ads Manager.
Your personal account is still much alive active, don't panic. Also remember you might still be able to reinstate your ads account if you follow the link on the ads manager to submit issue on what went wrong and why you account was banned. But that has a slim chance but its worth trying.

Let us know if you get your account back. I heard a lot of people complaining this too and most of the time, they don't get their ads manager back. Hmmm.
