Facebook Custom Audience with facebook email?

Hi, can i use facebook custom audience with email scraped from: softpedia.com/get/Internet/Other-Internet-Related/Facebook-Graph-Search.shtml

I were tried but no success.

Great insight there share by @Marc . I do agree that facbook has an inteligent algorithm that will tend to study the contact list that you get it uploaded. There aim is to avoid redundancy in what they are getting, yes your information. I will try out and see how best the whole mechanism works for me and update you soon.
