Email Problem

My Employer asked if I could move the organisation's site to my reseller account because he did not want the site on the organizations server to help prevent a hack into other systems. Let's say the site is myjobplace.org all of our emails can be "employeename@myjobplace.org" or our parent site, lets call it bigboss.net. the .org email address go to the main .net parent site and the .net email are independent. you can use either one and your email will go through. After the name servers were changed to my reseller account for the .org the email quit working for the .net and the .org (the .org I knew would happen, but thought everyone would be able to use the .net) you can send messages out, but you cannot receive any unless it's from another person emailing you from the .net nothing outside is no longer coming in. Does anybody have a clue on what might have happened and how I can fix it?
