This is what I read on other forum and I heard from their affiliates. They are not paying affiliates since July or August, owner is not responding to support tickets and site is down + domain will be expired soon http://whois.domaintools.com/dreamcash.org
Well few of their affiliates switched to our network(Mgcash) and we have to give their former affiliates early payments,
because they are broke.
This is from one of their former affiliates: "

So definitely they are out of the business now.

If you are the newbie then you can start with CB, Jvzoo, CJ etc. Although those are not CPA networks, but there are very least amount of chance to be acting as the fraud.
You can start with adworkmedia as well. As far I know they are also very old CPA network.
So this is the end of DreamCash finally. I don't find out why they end their business even they are earned profit from the affiliate.They stopped paying members and closed the site. I see they have renewed domain tho

Lol this is a known story . They listed the website for sale on another forum .
I chated with the owner a little and he said he was bussy with other stuff and had to shut down the whole project . Dont know if he paid anyone or not .
