Does pop up counts with adsblok installed

I have this question does pop up or pop under counts if the visitor installed adsblok or not ? I think it counts what u think ?

it does not count.

adblock blocks the ad from loading = no loading = no view =no count

try it on a lander of yours with that has ad code (popads) or w/e

with adblock on go to site

see if u received an impression

It depends on what is installed. Some adblockers are cosmetic (hide the ad) like ABP/ABP+. Then, there are real adblockers like uBlock that prevent the remote content from ever loading.
