Do you listen to music while working?

I don't really listen to music very often at work, i'm afraid of disturbing workmate.

Jazz or Reggae.. anything else is just too distracting.

Funny, lots of people listen to music while working. I am VERY easily distracted and can't focus with background music or TV or people talking. I listen to music while i work out and wheni take long bike rides.. But not while im working. By working i mean while working on my computer. I am also an RN and obviously, music is not allowed at the hospital.

I like listening to music when I work. However, I avoid doing it when I write articles because it distracts me. As for my other tasks, music is just fine.

I mostly listen to pop, r&b and sometimes mellow.
