I'm new on the CPA marketing and have been trying to figure out how this will work:
For those of you who are primarily promoting CPA offers: do you opt-in your leads before sending them directly to your offers (I guess this is called "pre-pop offers") ??
I've been reading a lot of people stating to start your own mailing list from day one on this business, however I'm also confused since a lot of CPA offers don't allow Email to promote the offers, and others will pay you for "lead generation".
