Content Locking done simple!

Has anyone ever thought about simply purchasing a site or building one with decent traffic and simply content locking posts or blogs etc - a lot of people over think incentive CPA these days - trust me it's worth a go!

usually because I have no idea what will truly work for the content,
only things I ever saw that worked for content locking was porn or warez type things.

I don't really know, too because I've never tried it yet. So, I just want to test it out this traditional method CPA but new for me!
I might be wrong, but I do not lock the content but locking the download links for custom niche themes!

You are right, it is the same thing.
A network I belonged to a coupla years ago did nothing but develop the landing pages
for you and you did the ad content and locking of links,

I would love to give it a go if I found a proper way of handling it.

You'll need to "presell" your content. People need to be so much excited that they'll do anything for that blogpost. Share the real knowledge!

I think the idea of giving something away and then leading them onto more works very well if the first content is good enough!

Find a site that is getting decent natural traffic, that is providing good content and or a service.

Some people may not know about CPA so haven't monetized with it, purchase the site and lock some stuff - test different placements, time of day etc.

try content locking with new release movies up load to warez sites and lock the content
right now Jack Reacher and the hobbits are hot give it a go and see how if it works for you.

Forcing people to complete offer just for porn or warez things is not so good for me because there have hundred of sites that can give free download without to complete any offer.. (just my opinion) and i think some of aff. networks not allow that. You have to give some reward like point or cash. So that, many people will like to do. if you own a gpt website, that is good for you to earn from that. For me this month until Jan 17 i got $409 from content locking. That not bad for me..

You can make a guide to making money online say make $100 a day and lock it. Then drive traffic to it, whether free or paid is as per your budget and willingness.

Of course you have to know how to and be earning $100 a day for you to do it.

I agree, but it looks like you are under the assumption that I did warez and porn ~ that wasn't the case,
its the only ones at the time I saw making good money on the forums when I first started doing this.

It sounds like a great idea. The only money I've every made online was through content locking. Not much, but I've only just gotten into IM a little over 1 year ago. I think I purchased a new album release and Immediately uploaded it to youtube and put it behind a content locker, with the gateway designed to look just like the bands cd cover. I spent about $10 on the cd and made $15 lol Not much, but the idea is that it worked for me on my first time and I actually made a profit from it.
