Do you see converted subids at affiliatenetwork?
Do you have clickid after your affiliatelink?
Example:
http://affnetworktracker.com/?a=123&c=123&s1={clickid}

I did not see the original post, but I hope you were talking about the difference in Voluum v/s your report on your affiliate network, right?
Conversions are reported faster. Reports are usually updated at set intervals only to reduce the server load. Users hit refresh on stats all the time, handling all those requests can be a lot of work for the server.
