Bought Email List - How to send emails to them?

Hi guys, I've bought an email list from a friend online.. who had scrapped them all from facebook accounts.

I was wondering how can I send emails to that list? I've tried to send it myself, but it went to the spam folder.. Also, the Email Sending Services online (SendGrid.com as an example) doesn't accepts email lists which have been bought. I am also worried about the email SPAM Right / law of 2004.

I have no idea who advised you to buy an email list.
Sure, it’s shortcut.

However, any sane person who have a desire to to be successful.
Needs to build their list from the bottom up.
Really getting to know your list is key to your success, you’re dealing with people, not an ATM.

And building a list doesn’t have to take a long time.

You just need a targeted traffic source, and a high converting landing page with a great offer.

And good conversion comes from a/b testing until you find the winner.
