I really want to have a blog with atleast PR4, any niche would be fine. Can any one show me the easiest way to get high PR in short amount of time for a new blog. Also I don't mind doing hard work.

There is no easy way to get to PR4, find a popular niche and start creating great content. That's quite all..

In my own experiences, keeping blog posts original, niche relative and up to date would the essential for having a high PR of blogs. Of course, building backlinks from niche relative sources would also be helpful for this purpose.

There is no easiest way to get to PR 4 in short amount of time. You have to do off page seo work for your blog and try to get back links for your blog from high PR do follow sites. You should write fresh and quality content in your blog.
