Right now I just copy the keywords form AdWords Keyword Planner and paste it to the bing ads. Any idea which keyword research tool would be great for Bing PPC campaign?

It's not really a keyword research tool like Adwors', but you could try BingAds Planner

It's good to find keywords from a certain category/topic (only big categories, and not very well defined), you see some stats like CPC and the competitors that bid on that keyword. I didn't use it for keyword research till now, but instead of getting an idea of the avg CPC for certain keywords and what competitors bid on that KW also.

Bing has a keyword tool inside your account, plus there is an intelligence tool that works in excel that provides extended info. I can't get it work for me, I think because I have Excel Starter, rather than the full program.

Apparently when you start your bing ads bing will suggest you some best keywords which will match your campaign. On the other hand, you can use bing ad spy tools which are very handy to hack the best keywords from your competitors. I haven't found any suitable keyword research tool which are the best match to your requirements. Meanwhile, you can try google Adwords.

Are you referring to Bing's Intelligence Tool?
