It depends on what I am trying to accomplish. Lately on my Teespring campaigns I've been specifically selecting Website Clicks, but I've also tested Conversions. Usually if I'm trying to get a bunch of engagement on a specific post I'll just select that option.
Overall, I don't think it really makes a huge difference. The difference seems to be how Facebook Ads does reporting on your main report, but you can always run a custom report and track everything with that anyway.
