Best Prepaid Debit Cards

Hi,

I would like to know your thoughts about the best prepaid debit cards in the market for Facebook Ads.

Two main providers are VISA and MasterCard and these are the cards they are offering:

There are a lot of options but I am a little bit lost. I have heard good things about these 5:

- Contour US Bank
- Walmart MoneyCard
- GreenDot Card
- NetSpend Card
- PayPal Prepaid Card

I have walmart money card which is green dot (mc). They have been really good to me for the past 2 years.

Have you been able to refill these cards online? I went today to Walmart and they told me that they could just be refilled in person.

Really? That surprises me in this day and age. What a pain!

I've not used any prepaid cards to offer an opinion but I'm in a different country from you, so might not be relevant, anyway.

Wait just a dog-gone minute! PayPal's must be refillable online. No?

Any more opinions? I have already applied for a bunch of them. They should arrive in the next days.

No. I have one and I still have to reload in person. But, I do like the card. They offer direct deposit which Im sure is the standard for most of them nowadays.
