I am thinking there is a way you can be able to design your email so that it has an embedded affiliate link of your choice. You can for example, have an image banner on the email that is clickable and leads someone to the page of your choice. IT is all about how best you can be able to utilize the email that you are sending. That is usually what stands out when we come to email marketing, one group making a lot as the others making no conversions at all.

I've been checking out email platforms recently, all the ones I tried which offer a free service check your first draft campaign prior to the final validation of the account to allow sending. If they spot an affiliate link, they will either refuse to validate the account, or make you upgrade.
The reason I was given when I asked why is that free accounts use the shared IP's, affiliate links tend to get more spam complaints and harm the reputation of the IP and interfere with everyones delivery rates.

The best would be your own email server. Free it should at least cost a vps/dedicated server price

As far I know there aren't such kind of service which are free. You better use Mandrill and send traffic to your website/blog where you host decent content with banner and link ads. Mandrill offers you 12K for free per month.

Email marketing with Free doesn't come with good service as well as inbox rates. If you want to send bulk email than simply set up SMTP server. If you can't PM me. Thanks

Hello mate! Ever heard of Mailerlite.com? They have a free plan up to 1000 subscribers, you can send unlimited emails and you have access for auto responders(yep, for free) I've been using it for a year now and have no really issue on affiliate links. Try it :)

Hello mate! Can you provide me some link or details where I can find some terms saying that? Because I don't see anything about it in their Terms of Service and Anti-Spam Policy. Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend going with a free autoresponder (as you get what you pay for).

At least go with Awebz or GetResponse -- they are free for the first month.

    Sorry for the late response.

It's in their terms of service and it is really easy to miss. It took me asking them where it was specified that you are not suppose to send affiliate offers. Then when I looked again, it was clearly listed. I bolded it below.

    Terms of Service | MailerLite

    Appropriate content
We allow sending only relevant content, which is requested by subscribers and corresponds to CAN-SPAM Act. You can’t send pornography, affiliate materials, pyramid schemes, forex, gambling, weight loss material or offer illegal goods and services. You can send newsletters using MailerLite only if content is created by you (or you have the right to use it).

No one can guarantee 100% inbox, that is totally impossible!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that you would even make that statement is extremely troubling.
