Ask growing fasther than the others

according to comScore, Ask searches grew by 20% in January 2008:

* Google Sites - 7.7 billion searches
* Yahoo! - 2.5 billion searches
* Microsoft - 1.1 billion searches
* AOL - 903 million searches (this is powered by Google)
* Ask.com - over 400 million searches.

i find myself going to ask a lot recently - i think it's all due to their aggressive marketing!
also use dogpile!
ask has a lot of potential as they claim to be different from G

its funny how certain people use a certain search engine, like my cousin, he always uses findology. I have no idea why?!

Has anyone heard about the search engine that actually has a human assistant to help you with your search?

I think i will stick with google for now.:thumbsup:

I only use Google.
A little offtopic: one of my collegues, a 54 years engineer, always searches mail.yahoo.com on yahoo.com when he wants to check his email instead of writing mail.yahoo.com directly in his tab.

Personally I think there is a lot of factor which may limit the increase the search share of ASK. Though i don't know too much about this search engine, but haven't met with any attached service whicg is provided by Yahoo! or Google for ages, such as Google analytics, Gmail or the Yahoo! portal.
