I wrote an article [link removed] a week ago in a famous article directory, but until now it is not in less 160th position in google. How i can raise its position in first page of google using off line SEO?

First, a week is nothing in SEO time. It can take that long just to get indexed.

Second, article directories are not going to get you ranking well these days. You need to publish this sort of thing on your own website if you expect to get anywhere.

Article directories have high PageRank so its easier to be ranked more than in my 1/10 PR .
My article was indexed immediately using goarticle.

You could not be more wrong. I suggest you do some reading about recent Google updates.
