Anyone can tell me how to take backlinks from twitter?

i know twitter is a good widget,it could take you some backlinks and traffics,but how to use it?I have a id,but i do not know what can i do .Thanks!

I don't think that there is a way to take back links from twitter except in your user profile (and thats nofollow)

While there's a no-follow on links. My tweets do come up in the search engines for key words. So if you post using the right keywords and provide a link. It helps traffic in that way.

yep, I do agree with you that you won't get backlink benefit from twitter. I also have observed that tweets rank well in SERP so you can get couple visits by twitting with proper keywords.
