Hello!
I've done a lot of journey on affiliatefix and seen some success.
You can read them i linked it on my signature or I'll quickly summarize it here
1. Mobile Pop: Finally got a campaign green! it was loads of fun, it was all about finding profitable offer and landing page.
2. Adult Banner Journey: did started off with dating but I soon moved into COD offers and made it green! I still have some campaign making me cash flow so defiantly check it out ;) In this journey it was finding the right geo/banners/landing pages.
3. This Journey!

Hello again!
Another journey! I will make this green as well.
I'm giving another shot on Dating Banners see if I can make this asset into something long term. I got big plans for it.

Traffic source: Exoclick
Offers: Alot of offers actually haven't found one for all but it's all smart link in various of networks.

tools
tracker: bemob
Banners/Landing pages/Spying : Manually with VPN

What I failed last time
High ad cost with low conversions and low payouts
What I am doing this time

I have tighten up the campaigns a lot so i spend about 4~5$ per day
just until i find an offer/zone/creative that converts

B1 - Banner Campaign is testing one category at a time
ifIEyHy.png

This campaign needs a lot more work
Yesterday I just ran 20 variation and this morning took the best working CTR since I have no conversions to leverage.
Gonna run this smartlink for 1~2 days see if I can any conversion. If not switch to another network.

P1 - Push campaign is testing all as exoclick has low inventory for now
xMzIKTi.png

Since payout is 2+ this campaign is already in the good green.
The key was finding offers that converts and with high payouts.

I don't know about you guys but things got weird the moment i whitelist a zone.
Original campaign stop working WH campaign paying high for the zone

No, a zone ID is an ambiguous term

It may signify some grouping relationship
Referring domains are just that: referring domain names.

If you knew the domain name then you could look into the demographics and statistics of that name as well as assess visibly the characteristics of that website. Instead you are accepting a blind package.

I don't quiet understand what you mean.

know your customer -- in this case know your traffic.
This took too much time for a board example -- I could just script this 'tracking' and execute it once or on a cron.

If you have SSH on the server and need a 'hired gun' I can do it (if I have the time) but it is not cheap ;)
I can also profile US traffic by zip code (postal code) with income distribution data, average family size, real estate loans made, median income estimates, other.

added**
host 104.247.132.2
Host 2.132.247.104.in-addr.arpa not found: 2(SERVFAIL)
that I normally ban
that is either a bot or a VPN/Proxy

Do you have any case studies you could share how much inpact this had on a campaign?

Original campaign stop working WH campaign paying high for the zone
traffic sources hates whitelisting you have to know that.
also try to change the graphic and the ad copy in your whitelisted campaign and see if the original campaign will work, they don't also like to use the same creatives in more then one campaign, they consider that as one campaign.

yeah focusing on blacklisting only, but this will get harder when sources traffic is big

So are you still using Exoclick? I can't seem to decide on whether I want to stick to exoclick or TrafficJunky or TrafficFactory.

I am working on that for a website that will sell local media ads and will have some CPA type offers advertised displayed like 'native ads'. I feed all the traffic to my own URL -- it is transparent.

This isn't a 1 item campaign. I am setting up some one-shot campaigns for traffic network testing where I will use this and some more sophisticated demographic segmenting of the traffic. What is the point of sharing the results if I am the only one (or one of the few [more likely]) able to use these methods?

Right now, I will be doing a dry run of traffic I used for adult last year 27,000 IPs. I can post the analysis -- but it's more about traffic quality. If you have a list of IP addresses to add Ii can check them it's all done by my 'robot army' B0tVader :D Just, stopped for a coffee break ;)

Can you ssh into your server logs where are your banner / images served from?
If you host them you have all the referring URLs, user IPs, other data.

If they are hosted by the ad network they can tell you whatever they want ... How do you optimize the unknown <<< you can't.

Adult is not working like it should anymore no matter what source are you using, it's kinda dead like 7 years ago anyway. Maybe 6 at the best. I have tried a tons of offers etc modes and all of that and it was always like -10 or -20 percents of ROI on each campaign.

This is BS I had good roi on other campaigns.
