I really enjoyed The Ngo articles, you are inspiring me, now my question what are the simple steps for a Super newbie affiliate like me to do after building the budget?
I know you can't go deeper to explain that, but I need just some tips.

- Pick a traffic source. I suggest adult dating, facebook, mobile, or plentyoffish
- find an offer that works well on that traffic source by researching or talking to affiliate managers
- brainstorm some angles
- create a landing page if you need
- setup tracking
- create ads
- launch and collect data
- split test, split test, split test. test the lander, test the offer, test the ads, play with the bids
- profit
- scale
- buy ngo a beer
