Affiliate codes in RSS feeds?

Hi, I'm using Joomla on our blog and I installed an RSS syndicate. Whenever I click on the feeds, I get the text of the post but along with it are the affiliate codes. Is that suppose to happen? I think it looks ugly and may scare off readers.

You will need to be a little more specific. I'm guessing that your question relates to a third party's feed that you have placed on your own site (I checked both places listed in your sig but couldn't see anything obvious).

Is the feed from an affiliate program of which you are a member or something else entirely?
