Any affiliate can do ok with a blog. It just depends on what your blog is about. Keep everything related and get traffic and you should see some results.

What niche are you in? That would work best. Do you have regular traffic and repeat visitors? If not, I would work on those issues first and then monetize your blog afterwards.

The best programs are the ones that match your niche. Pretend you are your average visitor.

But also as she said, if you're not getting many visitors, don't bother with affiliate links yet.
Build up your content and traffic 1st. It can take new affiliates 200 - 2000 clicks before they
ever even make their 1st sale. So until you are driving some traffic you aren't missing much.

It depends on niche, not on the platform from which you are publishing your content. Some good general networks are ClickBank, NeverBlue Ads, and Commission Junction.
