AdSense is a bit hit or miss?

I've not done anything with my sites for a long time and my traffic has been steady all along. a few weeks ago i was getting near enough no clicks, then suddenly i was earning quite a bit, and now it has dropped off again. it's all so weird!

I think it depends quite a bit on who's buying what advertising at certain times. I think this is probably more the case if the subject of your site is quite specialist.

What kind of site is it?

This time of year is quiet from the point of computer repair and upgrades too. It's down to the schools breaking up for the summer and people going on holiday. Also, if the weather is good people don't want to sit in front of their computers.

Many industries experience a quiet period at in late July/early August because of this holiday season effect.

I expect to see an up turn in our business a couple of weeks before the schools go back as parents are keen to make sure their kids have the use of a half decent computer.

Hope so anyway.

basically if you do not update your site then crawler can not get new update from your site and thats you will loose your targeting visitor. So, its better update your site.
