AdBlock Redirect Traffic?

This is really a sister topic to the Crak rev thread. I think this is a growing traffic source, and deserves it's own thread. When I sold door to door a "no solicitation" sign generally meant they were: "an Jackass" or a "Sucker". So they didn't want to be bothered or bought everything that came there way. So it was an viewed as an invite to feign not seeing it.

Anyone have experience with it? I think it's PPV for defensive people, on the right page?
